1. The service
ARN AUTH provides software licence-key infrastructure: applications, keys, device binding, seller key profiles and limits, validation endpoints, and related dashboards. ARN AUTH is a technical tool. It is not the developer of your software, the seller of your product, a payment processor, a marketplace, or a party to any transaction between you and your customers.
ARN AUTH is not the merchant of record for any developer or seller product, does not take title to any software or licence, does not set the price a seller charges, and does not hold or settle customer payments. Any sale, refund, warranty, support obligation, tax duty, or consumer-law obligation between a developer, a seller, and an end user is solely between those parties.
ARN AUTH and the operator are not partners, joint venturers, employers, agents, fiduciaries, or representatives of any developer or seller. No developer or seller may describe themselves as ARN AUTH or as an authorised ARN AUTH agent unless the operator has agreed in writing. The word “developer” in these documents means a user who creates software and owns an application; it never means the ARN AUTH operator.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use ARN AUTH for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for every action taken through your account, and for keeping your sign-in credentials, API keys, and licence keys secure. Do not share an account or sell access to it. Tell us immediately if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.
Account type is chosen once. Developer accounts may own applications; seller accounts may issue keys only for applications to which they have accepted an invitation. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that break these terms or create legal, security, or abuse risk.
3. Your applications, keys, and customers
You alone decide what your software does, who may use it, how you describe it, what you charge for it, and how you handle your customers' data. You are solely responsible for:
- the legality, quality, safety, and support of your software;
- your own terms, privacy notices, refunds, taxes, and consumer disclosures;
- obtaining every consent and licence needed for your software and data;
- your relationships and disputes with sellers, resellers, and end users;
- complying with export controls, sanctions, and local law.
ARN AUTH does not verify that a key is used lawfully, that a device is genuinely the user's, that a seller is authorised to sell your product, that a listing is accurate, or that a product is safe, lawful, or fit for a purpose. You must not rely on ARN AUTH as your only anti-fraud, content-moderation, security, or legal-compliance control.
You are solely responsible for your own product, your own customers, and your own seller network. You must maintain your own end-user terms, privacy notices, refund and cancellation rules, support process, security programme, export and sanctions compliance, and any licence, registration, or approval your product or market requires. You must not use ARN AUTH to avoid a legal duty that would apply if you operated without ARN AUTH.
Licence keys and validation results are technical signals. We do not guarantee that validation will stop every unauthorised use, that a key cannot be reverse-engineered, that a device identifier is unforgeable, or that a key will work with every version of your software. You must test your own integration and keep independent backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARN AUTH is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, content, pricing, statements, refunds, data practices, or customer disputes of any developer or seller. If you deal with a developer or seller, your remedy is against that party, not ARN AUTH, except where applicable law says otherwise.
The Developer acknowledges that licence keys and validation endpoints are basic programmatic checks, not an absolute anti-piracy shield. The Operator is entirely exempt from liability if the Developer’s software is bypassed, cracked, decompiled, reverse-engineered, or modified by third parties. The Developer assumes all risks regarding the cryptographic and reverse-engineering vulnerability of their own compiled applications.
Data Processing Indemnity: The Developer acknowledges that the Operator merely acts as a technical conduit processing system architecture values (IP addresses, hardware hashes, device configurations). The Developer warrants that it has obtained clear, unambiguous consent from its end-users to capture and transmit this data to ARN AUTH validation endpoints. The Developer assumes 100% legal liability for any regulatory investigation or privacy breach claims filed under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, GDPR, or CCPA, and shall fully insulate the Operator from any compliance penalties.
4. Free plan and Pro subscription
Every developer account receives a permanent Free plan with the limits shown on the pricing page. The current Free limits are one application, one seller per application, ten keys, a 30-day maximum key duration, and five devices per key. Limits may be adjusted prospectively; we will not retroactively delete existing keys only because a limit changes.
Pro is a single prepaid subscription with three terms: 1 month for ₹299, 6 months for ₹1,599, or 1 year for ₹2,999. Prices are in Indian rupees and may change for future purchases. Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed before payment.
Pro activates automatically after Razorpay confirms the payment in the secure checkout opened from your dashboard. Razorpay processes the payment; ARN AUTH does not collect or store your card or UPI credentials. Pro is prepaid and does not renew automatically. When a term ends, the account returns to Free unless you purchase another term. Activation dates and expiry are shown in the dashboard.
Only pay through the Razorpay checkout opened from your ARN AUTH dashboard. Do not send payment to anyone who cannot confirm they are authorised to act for ARN AUTH. Keep the Razorpay payment reference shown after checkout. A subscription is for the named account and may not be transferred without our written agreement.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation are described in the Refund Policy. Because Pro is a prepaid digital service that is activated immediately, change-of-mind refunds after activation are limited. Nothing in these terms or that policy removes a refund or cancellation right that applicable consumer law says cannot be removed.
6. Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. It prohibits illegal software, malware, spyware, stalkerware, cheating tools, licence abuse, evasion of sanctions, and other harmful uses. We may suspend validation, remove keys, or close an account where we reasonably believe a prohibited use creates legal, security, or abuse risk.
Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA / Copyright Policy. You must not upload, list, link to, or sell material that infringes another person's copyright, trade mark, patent, trade secret, privacy, or other rights. You are responsible for obtaining every licence and permission for your software, media, and marketing.
7. Your responsibility and indemnity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARN AUTH and its operator, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, and reasonable legal costs arising from:
- your software, content, products, or services;
- your use of ARN AUTH in breach of these terms or applicable law;
- claims by your sellers, resellers, customers, or end users;
- your prices, refunds, taxes, consumer disclosures, support, warranties, or failure to deliver a product;
- your collection, use, storage, disclosure, or loss of personal data;
- your infringement or alleged infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
- any claim that a developer or seller is your agent, employee, or representative, or that ARN AUTH is the merchant of record.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of these terms. It also does not override any right that cannot be waived by law. If a claim is covered by this section, you must cooperate reasonably with the defence and may not settle it in a way that admits fault by ARN AUTH without our written consent.
In the event that the Operator is named as a party, co-defendant, or respondent in any legal proceeding, regulatory investigation, or third-party claim arising out of the Developer’s or Seller’s software, product, or conduct, the Developer agrees to pay the Operator a non-refundable, flat-rate administrative fee of ₹2,500,000 INR (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Indian Rupees) as liquidated damages to cover immediate operational disruption, independent of and in addition to the Developer's obligation to cover all actual legal fees, judgements, and settlements
8. Availability, changes, and maintenance
We aim to keep ARN AUTH available, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance, change features, impose reasonable rate limits, or retire an endpoint. Where a change materially reduces a paid term, we will provide a reasonable transition or remedy required by law. The Operator shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure, interruption, or delay in service availability resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: cloud infrastructure outages (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare, Convex), cyber-attacks, DDoS attacks, upstream network failures, government-mandated internet shutdowns, or acts of god. The Operator offers no uptime guarantees, and any data metrics or technical signals are provided strictly without reliance warranties.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of keys and records you need. Do not use ARN AUTH as the only storage location for information you cannot afford to lose.
9. Suspension and account deletion
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, a serious or repeated breach, fraud, abuse, legal process, or risk to the service or others. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to respond.
You may delete your account from Settings. Deletion is intended to be permanent and removes your applications, keys, device bindings, memberships, profile grants, hardware rules, warnings, logs, and account data, subject to the retention section of the Privacy Policy. Deletion cannot be undone. Some records may be retained where law requires it or where needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
10. Intellectual property
ARN AUTH and its operator retain all rights in the service, branding, and underlying technology. You retain your rights in your software, content, and data. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, secure, and display your data so we can provide the service. We do not acquire ownership of your applications or keys.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that validation will be available every second, that a key will be impossible to bypass, or that the service will meet every legal or commercial requirement you may have.
Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or condition that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARN AUTH and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹1,000 INR.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, you keep every mandatory right and remedy available in your country of residence.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed strictly by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, claim, or structural breach arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding private arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. You explicitly agree that no judicial court, tribunal, or public legal authority outside of the Aligarh arbitration jurisdiction shall have authority over any claim, and you waive all rights to launch civil litigation in any standard court room.
Please contact us first at the customer-care address below. We will try to resolve the issue informally. Consumers in the EU, UK, India, California, or another jurisdiction keep every mandatory right and remedy, including the right to complain to a local regulator, consumer body, or data-protection authority, and the right to bring a claim in a court that the law says cannot be excluded.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including mandatory warranty, cancellation, unfair-terms, or data-protection rights. If you are a consumer in India, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other mandatory law continue to apply. If you are a California resident, your CCPA/CPRA rights are described in the Privacy Policy and are not waived here.
The service is operated from India. We do not represent that the service or any developer or seller product is appropriate or lawful in every country. You are responsible for local registration, taxes, content rules, and consumer disclosures that apply to your own use.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or law. The effective date at the top will change. If a change materially affects your rights or a paid term, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
15. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it to a successor operator. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement about the service.
Non-Disparagement & Reputation Bond: You agree not to make any false, defamatory, or disparaging public statements, reviews, or communications regarding ARN AUTH, the service infrastructure, or the Operator on any external platform, including but not limited to Telegram, GitHub, hosting forums, or social networks. Any verified breach of this section shall entitle the Operator to claim immediate liquidated damages of ₹500,000 INR per distinct incident, alongside the immediate termination of the offending account without notice or balance refund.
Questions, complaints, and legal notices should go to the customer care address in the operator details below. Include your account email and enough detail for us to investigate.
